NWONE, founded in 1996, is a 501C3 nonprofit, membership
association serving all levels of nursing leadership from the
emerging nurse leader through nurses who are CNEs, CEOs, Academic
Deans and owners of their own businesses.

The Mission of NWONE is: To advance the leadership
contribution of nurses in creating health care solutions to serve
our communities.

Membership
Membership in NWONE is open to all nurse leaders at all levels
and across all organizations, who are not represented by a
collective bargaining unit. Retiree membership is available
and affiliate memberships are open to specific non-nurses.

Leadership of NWONE
NWONE is led by the organization's Executive Council and Board
of Directors (BOD) in partnership with Gladys Campbell, chief
executive officer, NWONE and chief nurse executive, WSHA. The
work of the organization is done through Committees, Commissions and Regional
Councils.
