NWONE Bylaws are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors
and then put before a meeting of the NWONE membership for final
approval. Any changes to the bylaws require a two thirds
(2/3) vote of the Membership present and voting at a regular or
special meeting of the membership where a quorum of the membership
is present. A quorum is defined as ten percent (10%) of
members entitled to vote. The last review and revision to the
bylaws occurred in September of 2008.
