We are looking for a MSU/ICU Director
to join our management team. This is an exempt, full-time,
benefited position. The MSU/ICU Director is responsible for all
functions of both the Medical-Surgical and Intensive Care Units.
The MSU/ICU Director reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer
and is a key member of the management team at Gritman. Candidates
will demonstrate skills in leadership, management, interpersonal
relations, conflict resolution and problem solving.
The MSU/ICU Director must hold a
current, unattached, registered nursing license in Idaho or a
compact state. Candidates are required to have a minimum of a
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN).
